Introduction to Train-the-Trainer – SMS:

This course is designed to prepare trainers to effectively teach the principles and practices of Safety Management Systems (SMS) in aviation, in accordance with ICAO Standards and the Training Development Guide (TDC Doc 9941). Participants will learn advanced instructional techniques, develop training materials, and gain a deep understanding of SMS components and elements to ensure they can deliver high-quality training sessions

Mode Of delivery:

The workshop will be delivered through a combination of interactive lectures, practical exercises, role-plays, Q&A sessions, and group discussions. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with industry experts and share experiences with fellow professionals in the aviation field. 

Duration:

The workshop is designed to be completed over a span of five consecutive days. Each day will consist of approximately six hours of interactive learning, including ample time for in-depth discussions, hands-on activities, and networking opportunities. The comprehensive curriculum ensures that participants receive in-depth training within a condensed timeframe, allowing them to quickly apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills.
